摘 要:目的通过检测儿童患者血清中幽门螺杆菌(Hp)细胞毒素相关蛋白(CagA)、尿素酶(UreC)、热休克蛋白(Hsp60)、空泡毒素A蛋白(VacA),探讨儿童Hp感染类型与消化道疾病的关系。方法采用蛋白芯片方法对311例临床儿童患者血清进行Hp抗体谱检测。结果 30.2%儿童感染Hp,其中UreC、CagA抗体阳性率最高,分别为14.1%、2.2%、其次HSP60抗体为0.8%;UreC与CagA阳性率为10.6%,UreC与Hsp60阳性率为0.9%。结论提示儿童Hp感染以UreC与cagA为主;47.8%(45/94)儿童为Ⅰ型Hp感染;通过筛查Hp不同的抗体类型,可为临床诊断治疗消化道疾病提供重要的指导意义。Objective To discuss the relationship between helicobacter plylori( HP) infection types and digestive tract diseases through detection of CagA,UreC,Hsp60 and VacA of Hp in serum of children patients. Methods The helicobacter pylorus antibodies were detected in serum of 311 clinical children cases by protein chip technology. Results The Hp infection rate was 30. 2% in the 311 children. The anti-UreC and anti-CagA had the highest positive rates,14. 1% and 2. 2% respectively, followed by anti-Hsp60( 0. 8%). The proportion of both anti-UreC and anti-CagA positive was 10. 6%,while that of both anti-UreC and anti-Hsp60 positive was 0. 9%. Conclusion UreC and CagA were the main HP infection types in children, and nearly half of the Hp infection wasⅠtype( 45 /94,47. 8%). Screening of different types of Hp antibodies can provide important guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract diseases.
