平顶山市2124份人血标本布鲁氏菌病血清学监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解平顶山市布鲁氏菌病(以下简称布病)发病动态,掌握布病流行规律,为制定防控策略提供支持。方法对平顶山市9个县(市、区)布病职业人群进行血清学检测,采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)进行阳性鉴定,按照布鲁氏菌病诊断标准(WS269-2007)进行结果判定。结果 2011年-2012年平顶山市共检测布病职业人群2124人,RBPT阳性率为2.45%,SAT阳性率为2.07%,二者阳性符合率为84.62%。2011年阳性率为3.20%,2012年阳性率为0.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。城区和郊县间阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别间、民族间、职业间阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄间阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论平顶山市要加强畜间管理,加强健康教育,提高职业人群防病意识,降低布病发病水平。Objective To understand the morbidity situation and epidemic law of brucellosis in Pingdingshan city,so as to provide scientific basis for control and prevention of brucellosis. Methods In 9 counties（ cities,districts） of Pingdingshan city, serum samples were collected from occupationally exposed population for preliminary screening by RBPT,and the positive samples were then identified by SAT. The test results were judged in accordance with＂Diagnostic standard for brucellosis＂（ WS269-2007）. Results A total of 2124 people were involved in brucellosis detection in Pingdingshan,the positive rate of RBPT was 2. 45%,and the positive rate of SAT was 2. 07%,the positive accordance rate of the two was 84. 62%. The positive rate of brucellosis was 3. 20% in 2011,while that was 0. 94% in 2012,the differences had statistical significanve（ P 0. 001）. There were significant statistical differences in the positive rates of different genders,nations,careers,as well as between urban area and rural area（ P〈0. 05）. But there was no significant statistical difference in the positive rates of different ages（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of brucellosis,it is important to strengthen the management of livestock husbandry and improve the awareness of disease prevention in occupationally exposed population.
