摘　　要：喉罩复苏作为新型复苏技术逐渐受到国内外复苏工作者的关注及重视。该文结合国内现存的新生儿复苏问题,阐述使用喉罩复苏的意义;同时对喉罩背景、使用现况,及其相比于面罩、气管插管复苏的优势,喉罩复苏最新进展、拓展应用、局限性进行全面介绍。Laryngeal mask airway （LMA）has been drawn attention of clinical researcher as a new type of neonatal resuscitation. In this paper,we put forward the significance of LMA during neonatal resuscita-tion,introduced its background and current situation,advantages versus bag-mask and endotracheal intubation, and made a summarize of the latest investigation,applications and limitations of LMA.
