草木犀流浸液片剂减轻浅Ⅱ度供皮区创面水肿疼痛和出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨草木犀流浸液片剂(草木犀)用于减轻浅Ⅱ度供皮区创面水肿、渗出、疼痛的疗效。方法选择60例烧伤患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组,各30例,两组创面形成方式相同,供皮区不用任何抗感染及促创面愈合药物。治疗组移植术前1 d开始口服草木犀,每次4片,每日3次,连服7 d,对照组不服用草木犀,于移植术后2、3、6 d对两组患者的供皮区水肿、渗出、疼痛情况评分,并进行比较。结果治疗组在术后2、3、6 d的创面水肿、渗出、疼痛评分及总分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),且评分随时间延长下降(P均<0.01),处理因素与时间均无交互作用(P均>0.05)。治疗组患者服药期间未见药物所致的不良反应。结论草木犀能有效减轻浅Ⅱ度供皮区创面水肿、渗出和疼痛症状,服用安全。Objective To investigate the effect of melilotus extract tablets （SETUS-M）on reducing the exudation,edema,pain of superficial Ⅱ degree wound. Method Sixty cases of burn patients were ran-domly divided into treatment group （n=30）and control group （n=30）. Wounds in two groups were formed in the same way. Donor sites were treated without antimicrobial or medicines that promote wound healing. From one day before surgery,patients in treatment group were given SETUS-M,4 tablets 3 times per day for 7 days.Patients in control group were not given SETUS-M. On postoperative day 2,3 and 6,wound edema,exudation and pain were graded and comparison was made between two groups. Result On postoperative day 2,3 and 6,scores of wound edema,exudation,pain,and total score in treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group （all 〈0.01）. With the medication time prolonged,the scores in treatment group were significantly decrease （all P〈0.01 ）. There was no interaction between treatment and time factors （all 〉0.05 ）. In addition,patients in treatment group had no more adverse effects during treatment than that in con-trol group. Conclusion SETUS-M could effectively reduce the edema,exudation and pain of superficial Ⅱdegree wound.
