摘　　要：简述了新型高强板变辊距矫直机的研发背景,介绍了变辊距矫直机各主要技术特点和性能,分析了国外变辊距矫直机存在的问题,以及研发中应用的关键技术,简述了设备的主要技术参数及计算结果,并总结了研发产品的结构及优点。This article describes the R ＆ D background of a new type of high-strength plate leveler with variable roller spacing , introduces the main technical characteristics and performance of variable roller spacing level -er, analyzes the foreign variable roller spacing leveler shortcomings , as well as the R＆D application of key technol-ogy, resume the main technical parameters and the calculation results , in the end, summarizes the structure and ad-vantages of the development of products .
