摘　　要：为了遏制在招投标过程中的串标、围标现象,近几年来已逐步采用资格后审制度。本文介绍了资格后审的概念,阐述了资格后审的重要性,比较了资格后审与预审的区别,提出了资格后审会面临的问题,解决了招投标过程中恶性竞争的问题。In order to curb the phenomenon of col uding bidding in the bidding process,the government has adopted the post qualification examination system recent years.This paper introduces the concept of the post qualification examination,this paper expounds the importance of post qualification,compared the difference between pre and post review of qualifications,the qualification wil be faced with the problem,solve the vicious competition in the bidding process problem.
