摘　　要：目的 :提高对血管紧张素系统及拮抗剂机理和临床特点的认识 ;方法 :查阅国内外有关血管紧张素系统及拮抗剂的文献加以总结 ;结果 :目前认为血管紧张素(AngⅡ )受体拮抗剂的开发从细胞分子水平揭示了血管紧张素系统的作用机理 ;结论 :AngⅡ受体拮抗剂能提高心、脑血管病的疗效。Objective:To know the mechnism and clinical characteristic of Angiotension System and Antagonist;Method:Reviewing the literature on Angiotension System and Antagonist in and abroad,then making the conclusion;Results:At present the development of Antagonists of Angiotension receptors revealed the mechanism of Angitension System from the level of cell moleculars;Conclusion:Antagonist of Angiotension receptors can improve the effect of cerebrocardiac vascular diseases. [
