摘　　要：目的调查患者代理人病案复印申请材料的相关情况,探讨政策制定和减轻医院复印人员工作压力的方法。方法对北京地区28所三级医院审核患者代理人病案复印申请材料的相关情况进行调查。结果各医院对申请材料的内容、如何留存、特殊情况处置方式不同。近5年共发生3起因审核不严而导致的投诉。结论医院应采取切实可行的方式,提前告知复印病案所需材料,使患者授权符合要求。同时制度也应具体可行,使大多数人做得到。Objective To survey application materials of duplicating medical records from patients agent, to discuss the method for setting policy and reducing the hospital staff working pressure. Methods The application materials of medical record copy from patients agents from 28 tertiary hospitals in Beijing were investigated. Results The content of the application materials, preservation method, special disposal of different ways are in different hospital. A total of 3 cases of complaints due to lax audit nearly 5 years. Conclusion Feasible ways should be taken to inform patients the necessary materials for copying medical records, which can make patient conform to the requirements of the authorization. Meanwhile, system should also be applicable, so that the most of people can do it.
