摘　　要：目的运用质量控制图分析医院感染发生率和入出院诊断符合率的变化和发展趋势,探讨质量控制图在医院管理中的适用性。方法根据指标的数据性质,使用SPSS13.0进行录入和分析,选择P图绘制质量控制图。结果 10年医院感染发生率是不稳定的,超出统计控制(控制上下限0.0282-0.0318);而出入院诊断符合率是稳定在控制范围内的(控制上下限是0.0057-0.0092)。结论可利用质量控制图进行医院医疗质量的实时监控,操作简单,结果直观形象。Objective To analyze the change and development trend of the incidence rate of nosocomial infection and the diagnosis coincidence rate of inpatient by control charts from 2003 to 2012. To explore the applicability of the quality control chart in hospital management. Methods According to the types of data, selecting the P chart quality control chart and analyzing by SPSS13.0. Results The hospital infection incidence of the 10 years is not stable, oversteping statistical control（The LWL and UWL is 0.0282-0.0318）. But the hospital diagnosis＇ coincidence rate is stable in the control range（The EWE and UWL is 0.0057-0.0092）.Conclusion The quality control chart can inspect the hospital quality in time. It can be use simply and the result is intuitionistic.
