摘　　要：目的增强对淀粉样变性理论的认识,学习本病的疾病观察与护理措施。方法回顾性调查近3年某院血液科收治的12例系统性淀粉样变性患者病情及护理。结果制定了本病的护理常规,并组织全科护士参与专病护理查房。学习本病的相关理论知识特别是疾病观察与护理措施。结论学习到了本病的相关理论知识特别是疾病观察与护理措施,达到了理论与临床实践相结合的目的。Objective To enhance the understanding of theory of amyloid diseases. To study the disease observation and nursing measures. Methods Retrospectively survey 12 patients with systemic amyloidosis condition and nursing nearly three years.Results Develope the disease care routine and organize the general special disease nursing ward round. Study relevant theoretical knowledge of the disease especially disease observation and nursing measures. Conclusion Study the relevant theoretical knowledge of the disease especially disease observation and nursing measures, achieve the goal of the combination of theory and clinical practice.
