摘 要:目的:探讨经阴道三维超声成像技术对诊断子宫先天畸形的价值。方法:对96例二维超声初步诊断及疑似、不能确定的子宫先天畸形经阴道三维超声扫查,观察子宫的外形和内膜的形态,并与宫腔镜结果进行对照。结果:经阴道二维超声检查双子宫7例,双角子宫20例,完全纵膈18例,不全纵膈子宫28例,弓形子宫12例,单角3例,弓形子宫误诊为不全纵膈子宫13例,不全纵膈子宫误诊为双角子宫5例,单角子宫漏诊3例,特殊类型的子宫畸形漏诊5例,共误诊18例,漏诊8例,诊断符合率72.9%(70/96),经阴道三维超声检查双子宫7例,双角子宫15例,完全纵膈18例,不全纵膈子宫20例,弓形子宫25例,单角6例,特殊类型子宫畸形5例,经阴道三维超声诊断准确率100%(96/96)。结论:阴道三维超声成像对宫腔结构及宫底的外观形态图像直观,可获得更多信息,使诊断更准确,分类更详细。Objective: To study the value of the transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging the diagnosis of uterine congenital malformation. Methods: Ninety-six cases with uterine congenital examined by two-dimensional ultrasonic observing were scanned by three-dimensional ultrasonograph technology in malformation y. The shape of the uterus and endometrium, were observed and compared with the results of the hysteroscopy. Results: 3 D ultrasound clearly distinguished the types of malformations with diagnostic accuracy rate of 100% (96/96), while 2 D ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 72.9% (70/96). Conclusion: 3 D ultrasound is prior to hysterosalpingography for diagnosing uterine congenital malformations in our study. 3 D ultrasound may provide more detailed informations objectively for the reasonable clinical treatment programs.
