摘　　要：目的：探讨S形尿道扩张器在男性后尿道狭窄治疗中的应用。方法：在导丝引导下,用套入法通过S形尿道扩张器进行后尿道扩张并留置相应尿管治疗男性后尿道狭窄16例,术后留置尿管2~4周,定期门诊随访并行尿道扩张,观察排尿情况。结果：全部16例病例拔除尿管后排尿症状明显改善,尿道扩张期间排尿通畅,无并发症出现。结论：使用S形尿道扩张器在男性后尿道狭窄的治疗中是安全、有效、方便的。Objective： To explore the clinical value of S- shaped dilator for the treatment of male posterior urethral strictures. Methods： Sixteen male patients with posterior urethral strictures were dilated with S-shaped dilator over guidwires. All catheters were located across the strictures and kept for 2-4 weeks. In order to evaluate the clinical effect of urine flow, regular dilation was done in out-patieut department with fllow up. Results： After having catheters removed, urine flow were improved, no complications were identified. Conclusion： S-shaped dilator in treatment of male posterior urethral strictures is safe and effective.
