不同心率下64排VCT-XT冠脉低剂量扫描技术的应用研究

摘　　要：【目的】评价不同心率情况下64排螺旋CT低剂量冠状动脉血管成像的图像质量和辐射剂量。【方法】2010年12月-2012年1月100例疑诊冠心病患者随机分为2组,常规剂量组(A组)和低剂量组(B组),每组50例,分别进行冠脉CTA检查,对两组不同心率的图像进行质量评分,有效辐射剂量进行统计学分析。【结果】低剂量组与常规剂量组图像质量评分差异无统计学意义,同时降低了70%以上的有效辐射剂量,两组辐射剂量有显著统计学意义,心率偏慢的患者有效辐射剂量降低更明显。心率偏慢的患者图像质量评分更高。【结论】应用前瞻性心电门控扫描对心率偏慢患者减少的有效辐射剂量更多,图像质量更好。【Objective】To study the clinical application of low-radiation dosage coronary artery angiography with 64-slice spiral CT in detecting coronary heart disease.【Methods】100 clinically suspected coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group in 2010-2012.【Result】The ray dose of patients in scanning was registered and evaluates the image qualiy can be satisfactory when use controlled exposure mode CTA scanning the front door with compared to retrospective ECGgated.the two scanning models effects and diagnostic image quality load no significant difference. The 64-slice VCT-XT can signicantly reduce radiation dose at least 70%.The group of low dose effective dose is（5.92±4.67）msv. The group of routine dose effective dose is（15.76±2.51） msv.【Conclusion】Restrospective ECG-gated coronary CTA scanning receiving the same image quality and diagnostic effects, and its ray dose is lower.
