摘  要:假设压头长度为178mm,分别对现有的76mm压头以及178mm压头弯曲试验时试样的应力应变分布状况进行理论分析和ANSYS模拟,并通过试验证明:新压头用于试验后,试验受压面无辊印,试样边角无翘边,能准确地反映焊接接头塑性变形性能、显示焊接缺陷,从而验证了178mm压头用于178mm厚板焊接接头弯曲试验的合理性和有效性。The length of indenter was supposed to be 178 mm. Theory analysis and ANSYS simulation analysis on the stress and strain status of the specimens was carried out separately with the existing 76 mm indenter and 178 mm indenter. It is proved by experiments which can accurately reflect the plastic deformation properties of welding joints and display welding defects that, there is no roller on the compression face and no warped edge on the specimen edges. The above results prove the 178 mm indenter's rationality and effectiveness in the experiment.
