摘 要:为了研究输煤管道在煤浆冲蚀条件下的磨损性能与机制,利用MLS-225型湿砂橡胶轮式磨损试验机,以水和石英砂混合浆料为磨损介质模拟煤浆,对X70、X80管线钢和NM500低合金耐磨钢进行了磨损试验并测算了3种钢的失重率。使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试样磨损形貌和断面进行了观察,对比分析了3种钢的磨损机制。结果表明:低合金耐磨钢的耐磨性显著好于管线钢,X80管线钢耐磨性好于X70管线钢。在浆料冲蚀磨损条件下,低合金耐磨钢与管线钢的主要磨损机制均为微观切削机制,二者磨损形貌的差异是由于材料硬度不同引起的。The wear characteristics and mechanisms of coal slurry convey pipeline under slurry erosion condition were stud- ied. X70/X80 pipeline steels and NM500 low alloy wear resistant steel were investigated on a MLS--225 wet sand/rubber wheel abrasion tester and the weight loss rates of three steels were obtained. The water and quartz sand mixed slurry was used to simulate the coal slurry. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the characteristics of worn sur- faces and worn sub-surface layers. Wear mechanisms of the experimental steels were also analyzed. The results show that the wear resistance of low alloy wear resistant steel is significantly better than the two pipeline steels; XS0 has better wear resistance than X70. The main wear mechanisms of low alloy wear resistant steel and pipeline steels are micro-cutting, and their different worn surfaces are resulted from different hardnesses.
