摘  要:给出了纵向切条法测量残余应力的计算模型,并根据不同切割方式对残余应力实际测量结果影响的对比分析,确定激光切割和具有水冷功能的等离子切割是理想的加工方式。采用此残余应力测量方法获得的结果可以指导热轧带钢轧制过程与矫直工艺过程优化,在首钢开发低残余应力热轧高强钢产品中得到了实际应用。On the basis of comparison analysis on the influences of different cutting methods on actual residual stress measurements, it can he deduced that the laser cutting and plasma cutting with water cooling function are two rea- sonable methods. The measurement results of residual stress obtained by the method can be used directly to guide the process optimization during hot rolling and levelling. The residual stress measurement method is applied during the development of hot rolled high strength strip with low residual stress in Shougang group.
