摘  要:重庆钢铁(简称"重钢")某批次生产的中厚板,在拉伸试验后,残样上出现白点状断口,其对钢板的伸长率有一定影响。通过对该类试样进行金相组织分析、热处理试验和现场调查研究,并对出现频次以及钢种作以统计,发现出现此类缺陷是钢中存在氢、较严重偏析以及各种应力所致。此外,从炼钢辅料、炼钢过程和轧制工艺3个方面提出了相应的措施,避免了该类缺陷的产生。After tensile test, the medium and heavy plate showed white spot on the fracture of residual samples. The white spot had a certern influnce on the elongation of steel. In this study, metallographic analysis, heat treatment test, investiga tion of producing spot and statistical analysis of the frequency as well as steels type were carried out. The result indicated that this phenomenon was caused by H, serious segregation and different stress in the steel. In addition, control measures about materials, steelmaking process and rolling process were put forward to eliminate the defects.
