摘　　要：提出了一种 MPEG压缩域上的快速场景分割算法 ,该算法可以对缓变效果进行检测 .它采用了依次对 MPEG码流中的 I帧间、P帧间、B帧间的场景分割进行定位的方法检测场景突变 ,采用 N个连续 I帧之间的不相似性检测场景缓变 .在该算法的基础上可以快速地完成对 MPEG码流的分割 ,并对每个场景提取 I帧作为关键帧 。A fast scene change detection algorithm was proposed, in which the gradual effect could be detected. In this algorithm, the scene change was first located between I frames, and then P, B frames successively, and the gradual effect was detected using successive N I frames. By this algorithm it is convenient to find each scene and pick out the I frame as key frame, thus a video database could be easily established.
