摘  要:LD1 1铝合金活塞裙由于形状复杂、含硅量高 ,非常难以成形 .成形过程中 ,坯料的形状直接影响产品的质量 .因此 ,坯料形状的选择 ,一直是该类活塞裙成形的技术难点 .首先从理论上对圆柱形和锥台形两种不同形状的坯料在成形过程中金属的流动行为进行了分析 ,初步了解了它们各自的变形特点 .然后采用有限元方法 ,对圆柱形和锥台形两种坯料的成形过程进行对比模拟 ,进一步得到了它们在成形过程中速度场、应变场和金属纤维流线的分布规律 .通过分析这些场量的不同分布对产品质量所产生的影响 ,初步选择了活塞裙成形的坯料工艺方案 .最后 ,根据所选的方案进行实物锻造 ,得到了形状、尺寸和内部质量都比较理想的产品 .采用这种理论分析、有限元模拟和实物锻造相结合的方法 ,不但确定了 LD1 1铝合金活塞裙锻造成形的坯料工艺方案 。The metal flow patterns of cylindrical billet and conical billet during their forging processes were analyzed from theory. Their deformation characters were realized. The forging processes of the both kinds of billets were simulated by contrast with FEM and the distributions of their velocity, strain and fibre flown line were gotten. Based on the different influences of these variables to the quality of products, the billet of the piston skirt was selected. At last, the practical forging was carried out with this billet and a product with the exact shape, correct dimension and high quality was obtained. Through the combined technical method with the theory analysis, FEM simulation and practical forging, the billet for the piston skirt forging process was determined. It is proved that this method is suitable for making out metal forming processes.
