托烷司琼预防腔镜下甲状腺切除术后恶心呕吐的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察托烷司琼术前术后给药对预防腔镜下甲状腺术后患者恶心呕吐(PONV)的临床效果观察。方法将100例腔镜下甲状腺术后患者随机分为干预组及对照组各50例,干预组在手术前后给予静脉滴注托烷司琼,对照组术后进行常规护理。结果干预组的恶心呕吐程度显著轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腔镜下甲状腺术前术后给予托烷司琼可大大减轻患者的恶心及呕吐。Objective To observe the clinical preventive effects of preoperative and postoperative administration of tropisetron on nausea and vomiting （PONV） after endoscopic thyroid surgery. Methods 100 cases of postoperative patients underwent endoscopic thyroid surgery were randomly assigned into intervention group and control group evenly, each of 50 ca- ses： The intervention group was given tropisetron by intravenous drip before and after endoscopic thyroid surgery, while the con- trol group were nursed by routine care at the same time. Results The severity degree of the PONV in the treatment group were significantly lighter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The preoperative and postoperative administration of tropisetron during the endoscopic thyroid surgery can greatly reduce the pa- tient＇s PONV.
