摘　　要：肺炎链球菌是社区获得性肺炎的主要致病菌之一。随着大环内酯类抗生素的广泛应用，耐大环内酯类肺炎链球菌的感染日趋上升。现就目前临床肺炎链球菌对大环内酯类抗生素耐药的现状、机制及其分型方法作一综述。Streptococcus pneumoniae is one of the main pathogenic bacteria of community acquired pneumonia. With the wide use of macrolide antibiotics, infection of macrolide-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae is rising. The article reviews the macrolide-resistance status quo, the resistance mechanism, and the genotyping methods of Streptococcus pneumoniae.
