短程化疗联合病灶清除一期植骨内固定术治疗胸腰椎结核疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨短程化疗联合病灶清除、一期植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的疗效。方法采用短程化疗、病灶清除、一期植骨及前路或后路内固定术治疗70例胸腰椎结核患者。结果70例均获随访，时间1～5（3.5±0.8）年。患者神经症状得到改善，植骨骨性融合，后凸畸形矫正较满意。结论短程化疗联合病灶清除、一期植骨及前路或后路内固定术，对患者神经功能的恢复、病椎的融合、脊柱稳定性的重建等方面治疗效果满意。Objective To explore the clinical effect for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis with short-course chemotherapy and removing lesion of tuberculosis and bone graft with internal fixation at one stage.Methods 70 patients with thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis were treated with short-course chemotherapy and removing lesion of tuberculosis and bone graft and internal fixation.Results All patients were followed up for 1 ~5 （3.5 ±0.8 ） years.Bone graft obtained fusion,correction of deformity was satisfactory,and nerve symptom improved.Conclu-sions Removal lesion of tuberculosis is the main method for the treatment of spinal vertebra tuberculosis.On the ba-sis of short-course chemotherapy and the operation,internal fixation can increase stability of the spine,improve the rate of bony union and obtain satisfactory correction for deformity,which is safe and reliable at one stage.
