摘　　要：目的：探讨闭合复位经皮内固定治疗胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法对25例胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折实施闭合复位钛针固定、腓骨、经皮锁定钢板内固定胫骨术治疗并进行临床观察。结果25例均获得随访，时间12～30个月，患者均获骨性愈合。未出现深部感染、内固定松动、断裂等并发症。按Mazur et al评分标准：优17例，良6例，可1例，差1例。结论闭合复位钛针固定联合经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折固定可靠、并发症少。Objective To explore the effect of closed reduction with percutaneous internal fixation for distal tibial and fibula comminuted fracture.Methods 25 patients of distal tibial comminuted fracture were treated with closed reduc-tion and titanium Kirschner fixation with percutaneous locking compression plate（LCP）internal fixation.Results All patients were followed up from 12 to 30 months.All of cases had healed well.They had no infection,no loosening or breakage.According to Mazur criterion,the results were excellent in 17 cases,good in 16,fair in 1 and poor in 1.Con-clusions The closed reduction and titanium Kirschner fixation with LCP internal fixation for distal tibial comminuted fracture have reliable effect and little complications.
