摘　　要：目的：探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定结合中药内服治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法对42例肱骨近端骨折患者（Neer分型二部分骨折14例，三部分骨折25，四部分骨折3例）采用肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定、围手术期根据骨折三期用药的理论辩证使用中药内服治疗。术后加强功能锻炼。结果42例均获随访，时间5～14个月。骨折临床愈合时间12～24周。1例发生肱骨头坏死。功能情况采用Neer评分：优15例，良21例，可6例。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定结合中药内服治疗肱骨近端骨折可获得满意的临床效果。Objective To study the effect of proximal humeral locking plate combined with traditional Chinese medi-cine in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture.Methods 42 cases of proximal humeral fractures were treated with locking plate fixation using free-hand drilling and plate leveling techniques.According to Neer system,there were 14 cases of two parts fractures,25 three parts fractures,and 3 four parts fractures.Traditional Chinese medicine was used in the perioperative period.Results All cases were followed up for 5 ~14 months.All got union in 12~24 weeks.1 case got humeral head necrosis.According to Neer function scoring system,the results were excellent in 15 cases,good in 21,and fair in 6.Conclusions Proximal humeral locking plate combined with traditional Chinese medicine are effective in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture.
