摘　　要：目的：探讨经背侧入路2.4 mm锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端C3型背侧粉碎性骨折的效果。方法采用背侧入路2.4 mm锁定钢板内固定治疗20例桡骨远端C3型背侧粉碎性骨折，评价临床疗效。结果20例均获随访，时间6～18个月。骨折均愈合。采用Stewart et al改良的Sarmiento评分评价：优10例，良8例，一般2例。腕关节功能根据Gartland-Werley评分标准评价：优8例，良10例，一般2例。结论经背侧入路使用2.4 mm锁定钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端C3型背侧粉碎性骨折，减少了复位丢失与内固定松动，可获得满意的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of the application dorsal approach 2.4 mm locking plate sys-tem plate fixation for AO type C3 dorsally comminuted distal radius fractures.Methods There were 20 cases of type C3 distal radius fractures treated with open reduction and 2.4 mm locking plate fixation in a dorsal approach.The clinical outcomes are evaluated.Results All patients had been followed up,ranging from six to eighteen months. All fractures were healed.According Sarmiento scales modified by Stewart et al,10 cases were excellent,8 good, and 2 fair.Using the Gartland and Werly scales to evaluate wrist′s function,8 cases were excellent,10 good,and 2 fair.Conclusions Treatment with dorsal approach 2.4 mm locking plates fixation can provide sufficient fixation to prevent internal fixation loosening and loss of articular reduction,and satisfactory functional outcomes for AO type C3 dorsal comminuted distal radius fractures.
