中药配合足反射疗法治疗面肌痉挛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合足反射疗法治疗面肌痉挛的临床效果。方法:65例随机分为两组,治疗组35例用面风止痉汤(自拟)煎服配合足反射疗法治疗,对照组30例用常规针刺治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈16例,显效9例,有效8例,总有效率94.3%;对照组痊愈8例,显效5例,有效8例,总有效率70.0%。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(χ2=5.1594,P<0.05)。结论:中药联合足反射治疗对面肌痉挛有明显疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of foot reflexotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Methods ： 65 patients with hemifacial spasm were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases in the treatment group, using self-made surface wind Zhijing decoction combined with foot reflexology treatment; the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Results： The treatment group 16 cases were cured, effective in 9 cases, effective in 8 cases, the total efficiency of 94.3%; control group 8 cases were cured, effective in 5 cases, effective in 8 cases, the total efficiency of 70%, the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （ X 2=5.1594, P〈O.05 ） .Conclusion： There is obvious curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined foot reflex in treatment of hemifacial spasm, worthy of clinical application
