摘 要:本文基于多个周期和回收多种废旧品,允许物流中心在各周期间的动态选址,建立了再制造逆向物流网络的混合整数规划模型。模型以总成本最小为目标,考虑了废旧品回收量、运输费用等参数在不同时间段的差异,考虑了不同废旧品种类之间回收量、废弃率等相关参数的差异。通过模型求解,可以确定物流中心在各周期的数量、位置以及网络节点间的物流量。最后,用算例验证了模型的有效性。Based on multiple periods and recycle multiple waste products, by allowing dynamic location of lo-gistics centers periodically, this paper constructs a mixed-integer programming model of reverse logistics network for remanufacturing. The model, taking the minimal total costs as the objective, considers the difference of parame-ter between each periods into account and the difference of parameter between each kinds of waste products. Through the model, we can obtain the quantity and the location of logistics center, and the logistics allocation be-tween network nodes. Finally, the effectiveness of this model is tested and verified through an example.
