摘　　要：中国科学院文献情报系统的改革取得了突破性进展,实现了再造管理、重塑机构DNA的目标,有力地保障、促进、推动了学术思想的活跃和业务工作的突飞猛进。现阶段存在的主要不足为价值取向不够明确,管理思想、管理理论和管理实践方向存在着不确定性。文章认为,中国科学院文献情报系统须从全球公共服务机构管理体制改革趋势的高度,把握图书馆改革的走向,认清"事业经营企业化"的全球性趋势,自觉地以其作为自己的"精神家园",从而赋予中国科学院文献情报系统改革坚定、明确的方向和清晰、完整的指导思想与理论依据。CAS has achieved a breakthrough in its literature information system, realizing the reengineering management and reshaping the DNA of the organization, which effectively protected and promoted academic thoughts and the rapid development of business. The main deficiency at the present stage is that the value orienta-tion is not clear enough, and the management thinking, management theory and practice direction is uncertainty. This paper finds that the literature information system of CAS should conform to the trend of the global public ser-vice management system reform, hold the trend of library reform, recognize the global trend of Business Career Enterprization and consciously regard it as our Spiritual Home, thus to establish a clear and solid direction, and a complete and definite set of guiding ideology and theoretical basis.
