摘　　要：本文在分析了当前民办高校的现状后,从高校生态管理系统功能及高校的历史使命出发,阐述了高校人性管理的理念。其中着重对民办高校人才流失及迁移现象进行了较为深入的分析,并提出相应对策。After described the current situation of private colleges, starting from the ecological function of the management system and the mission of colleges, the author expounds the concept of humanity management. This paper makes a relatively in-depth analysis focused on the loss and the migration of talents in Colleges, and puts for-ward the corresponding countermeasures.
