摘　　要：提出了存在于实际中的最短时限运输问题，研究了其解的最优性充分 条件，并给出了求解这一问题的具体步骤，最后用实例说明了解法的可操作性 ，该解法是解决这一类问题的一个好算法。： The transportation problem of the shortest time limit is put forward. We study the sufficient condition of its optimal solution, and give the concret steps of solving this problem, demonstrate its operationability by aid of an example. This algorithm is a good algorithm of solving this problem.
