摘　　要：政府公信力,就是政府取得公众信任的能力。因此,在社会转型期,推进政府诚信建设、提高政府公信力就显得尤为迫切。公开透明是现代政府取得公众信任的前提条件,公众参与是提高政府公信力的核心环节。我国政府公信力弱化的原因是公开透明不力和公众参与不足。因此,只有紧紧把握住这两个基本点,提高政府公信力才不会成为空话。A modem government must pluckily face the issue of trust in government and society,and the government by social ques- tion is hardly to say a political legal government. The government credibility,is the government＇s ability to obtain the public trust.In the period of social transformation,it is very urgent to promote the government credit construction and improve the government cred- ibility.Transparency is the prerequisite of modem government made a public trust,the citizen participation is the core link to im- prove the credibility of our government. Weakening of the government credibility,the most important reason is the lack of trans- parency and citizen participation. Only firmly grasping the two basic aspects,it won＇t fall for hot air to strengthen the government and social trust and improve the credibility of our government.
