摘　　要：在科技水平和人民生活水平不断提高的今天,我国城市警务巡逻制度也应与时俱进。本文回顾了警务巡逻史,分析了国外现行巡逻制度的优点,反思了目前我国警务巡逻制度中存在的问题,并对警务巡逻人员不足、基层警力缺乏整合能力以及职权不清、巡逻配套设施不完善等问题进行了分析,并提出了相关改革建议。Changes in the level of science and technology and people＇s living standard today,city police patrol system and method also should keep pace with the times,constantly strengthen its fighting capacity.In this paper,we research on the history of the po- lice patrol, analyze on the advantages of foreign current patrol system ,reflect the actual patrol we encounter in the process.And then analyze on the lack of police patrol off/cers,pol/ce lack the ability to integrate primary and unclear mandate,patrolling inadequate facilities and other issues,and put forward relevant proposals for reform.
