吉林省农村金融制度构建问题浅析

摘　　要：在科学发展观指导下进行社会主义新农村建设是全党工作的重心,而若要使新农村建设进程得以顺利进行,完善农村金融制度是非常重要的。就我国农村金融制度发展现状而言,如何使农村金融走出困境,完善相关制度是当下急需解决的问题。本文分析了吉林省农村金融制度发展的现状及存在的问题,提出了构建吉林省农村金融制度的相关参考建议。In the scientific concept of development under the guidance of a new socialist countryside construction is the focus of the party＇s work ,and to make the new rural construction process will be smooth,improve the rural financial system is very important.On the Development of China＇s rural financial system,how to make rural finance out of the woods,and improve relevant systems is the current urgent problems.This paper analyzes the development of the rural financial system Jilin situation and existing problems,pro- posed to build Jilin rural financial system,the relevant reference recommendations.
