摘　　要：村规民约是村民自治的依据,对广大村民具有约束力,被称为"村庄小宪法"。本文以性别为视角,分析了有些村规民约存在着显性的或隐形的性别歧视,侵害着农村妇女的财产权、参政权等;以法治为视角,分析了有些村规民约与国家法律的冲突,以及目前对此监督审查的困境,进而提出以修订村规民约为突破口,推进农村法治建设。Villagers pacts is the basis for the majority of the villagers are binding,known as the ＂village mini-eonstitution.＂This gen- der-perspective analysis of the existence of some pacts or invisible dominant gender discrimination against the rural women＇s prop- erty rights,suffrage,ere.In this paper,the nile of law perspective,analyzes of some pacts conflict with national law and the current plight of this supervisory review,and then proposes to amend the paets as a breakthrough,to promote the rule of law in rural areas.
