摘　　要：我国经济发展与社会发展不协调,主要表现为社会发展落后于经济发展。这一问题是由我国所处的发展阶段以及政绩考核体系、政府财税体制、市场发育程度、社会组织力量共同作用所导致的。在新的发展阶段,要实现经济社会的协调发展,就必须完善政绩考核体系和政府财税体制,深化经济体制改革,增强社会组织力量,通过政府调控、市场调节、公众参与的有效结合,继续加大对教育、卫生、社会保障等社会发展薄弱环节的投入力度,以期推动经济和社会的协调发展。Chinese economic development and social development is not harmonious ,mainly for social development lagging behind economic development.This problem is the development stage of the Chinese and the performance evaluation system,the government finance and taxation system,market development degree of interaction the power of social organizations.In the new stage of development,to achieve coordinated development of economy and society;we must improve the performance evaluation system and the government finance and taxation system,deepen the reform of economic system,enhance the power of social organizations,through the effective combination of government regulation,market regulation,public participation,continue to increase the development of the weak link for education,health,social security and other social investment efforts to coordinate development,promote the economic and social.
