摘　　要：为了研究触头在不同材料、不同试验条件下的各种现象,研制了一套触头电接触性能测试装置.该测试装置可在触头开距0～5mm,触头接触压力0～5N的试验条件下,模拟小容量触头的开合,并测量燃弧时间、电弧能量、熔焊力、接触电阻、触头温度、功率因数等参数.利用该测试装置,对7种不同材料和工艺的电触头的电接触性能进行了研究.分析了不同试验条件下,材料、电源类型、负载类型对电弧能量、燃弧时间、熔焊力、接触电阻、触头温度等的影响.有助于了解触头的电接触性能,改进触头材料和工艺.For studying the phenomena of contacts with different materials under different experimental conditions is of great significance, a set of testing equipment to examine the electrical contact performance of the contacts was designed. This testing device, under the condition that the clearance between open contacts is 0 5 mm and the contact pressure 0 -5 N, simulates the opening and closing of small-capacity contacts, and measures the concerning parameters, such as the arc time, arc energy, force of welding, contact resistance, contact ＇ s temperature,power factor, etc. By employing this testing device, this paper studied the electrical contact performance of seven contacts with different materials and technologies, analyzing the effects caused by materials, power types, and load types to arc energy, arc time, force of welding, contact resistance, and contact ＇ s temperature, under the different experimental conditions.
