摘　　要：针对电感式、电容式、非机械式磁性和超声波式动作距离接近开关的测试,研制了接近开关动作距离智能测试平台。测试设备安装在高低温箱内,满足一般环境条件下接近开关测试,还可满足测量其他环境条件下接近开关动作距离的试验要求。整个智能测试平台由软件控制,控制系统界面能实时显示所测物理量的数值,测试数据可自动生成报表并上传至网络服务器。For testing inductive proximity switch and capacitive proximity switch and non-mechanical magnetic and ultrasonic proximity switch in high and low temperature cabinet, an automatic test platform of proximity switch operation distance was designed. The testing is in commonly circumstance or in high temperature condition and low temperature condition. Software system controls the test platform, it can real time display the test data, which can automatically generate reports and be uploaded to the web server.
