摘　　要：文章在对港口物流产业集群竞争力进行理论梳理的基础上,从港口条件、物流产业、腹地经济等三个方面构建了较为科学合理的港口物流产业集群竞争力评价指标体系。采用基于熵权的TOPSIS法对江苏省11个主要港口进行了实证分析,并提出了相应的提高港口物流产业集群竞争力的政策建议。Based on combing the theory of competitiveness of the port logistics industrial clusters,this article has established a more scientific and reasonable industry cluster competitiveness evaluation index system from three aspects of port conditions,logistics industry and hinterland economy. This article has used empirical analysis of eleven major ports in Jiangsu province based on the entropy- weight TOPSIS and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of the port logistics industry cluster.
