摘　　要：2013年10月，美元指数盘整后先降后升，总体持平。美元、英镑、日元短期利率下降，欧元短期利率上升。美国、德国、英国、日本中长期国债收益率下降。全球主要股指振荡上升。In October 2013, the US Dollar index showed a V-shaped trend after a consolidation and remained almost unchanged the short-term USD, GBP and JPY interest rates went down, while the short-term EUR interest rate went up; the US Germany, UK and Japan mid- and long-term T-bond yields went down; the major stock indexes went up with fluctuations
