福建泉州社会组织参与MSM人群干预活动效果分析

摘　　要：目的探索通过与社会组织合作共同开展男男性行为者(MSM)人群艾滋病防治活动,提高该人群的艾滋病相关知识水平及改变危险行为的有效性。方法在泉州地区MSM人群经常活动的场所,通过当地MSM人群的社会组织开展干预活动,并比较干预前后的人群知信行变化。结果目标人群中,知道5种可能感染艾滋病危险行为的比例,从干预前的33.4%,提高到干预后的46.5%;知道100%坚持正确使用安全套能减少艾滋病传播的比例,从干预前的59.9%,提高到干预后的81.6%;知道感染了性病更容易感染艾滋病的比例,从干预前的41.4%,提高到干预后的59.0%。发生同性性行为时坚持每次使用安全套的比例,从干预前的41.4%,提高到干预后的54.5%;到疾病预防控制中心接受艾滋病自愿咨询检测的比例,从干预前的37.3%,提高到干预后的54.5%。以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论与当地MSM人群的社会组织合作,由该组织中的同伴教育者开展干预活动,可以有效提高MSM人群的艾滋病防治知识水平,改变不安全的性行为。Objective To improve the AIDS-related knowledge and the efficacy of change of risk behaviors among men who have sex with men （MSM）, by cooperation with social organizations, and carry out AIDS prevention and control activities among MSM. Methods Local MSM-related organizations launched intervention at accumulative places of MSM in Quanzhou. KAP changes before and after the intervention among MSM were compared. Results After intervention, in the target group, the rate of people knowing the 5 risk behaviors which could get one infected with HIV increased from 33.4% to 46.5%. The rate of people knowing that 100% use of condoms correctly and consistently can reduce the spread of HIV increased from 59.90/00 to 81.6%. The rate of people knowing that it is more likely to be infected with HIV after had been infected with vene- real diseases increased from 41. 4% to 59. 00/6o. The rate of people who use condoms in same sex activities increased from 41.4G to 54.5%. The rate of people who voluntarily go to the CDC for consulting and testing services increased from 37.3%to 54.5%. All above differences are statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion In cooperation with the local MSM-relat- ed social organizations, interventions carried out by the partner educators in the organizations can effectively improve AIDS-re- lated knowledge and change the risk sexual behaviors among MSM.
