无锡市戒毒所海洛因成瘾人群丙肝、梅毒、艾滋病感染状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解无锡市戒毒所海洛因成瘾人群艾滋病(AIDS)、丙型肝炎(HCV)及梅毒(TP)感染状况。方法 2009-2012年对戒毒所海洛因成瘾者782人进行问卷调查及检测。结果海洛因成瘾者以男性(占85.17%)、中青年(30～49岁占81.71%)、已婚(占54.22%)、中学及以下文化程度(占98.98%)居多,83.63%曾注射吸毒,9.46%曾吸食除海洛因以外的其他毒品(主要为冰毒,占8.57%)。阳性检出率HCV为59.34%,TP为6.78%,HIV为0.26%,其中HCV+TP合并感染31人(占3.96%)。海洛因成瘾人员中,女性TP阳性率(11.21%)高于男性(6.01%)(P<0.05),注射吸毒方式HCV阳性率(62.54%)高于口服或烫吸(42.97%)(P<0.001),不同年龄人群HCV阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论无锡市戒毒所海洛因成瘾人群中,丙肝、梅毒感染率高于正常人群,HIV感染率较低,注射吸毒与危险性行为是感染的主要途径。Objective To understand the infections of HIV, hepatitis C virus, syphilis, and the related risk factors in heroin addicts at drug rehabilitation center in Wuxi. Methods During 2009 to 2012, questionnaires and blood tests for HIV, HCV and TP were used on 782 heroin addicts. Results Heroin addicts were mainly males（85.17%）, middle-aged and young popu- lation（30 to 49 years old accounted for 81.71%）, middle school or lower level of education（98.98%）,83.63% were injecting drug users, 9.46% had used other drugs（mainly methamphetamine, 8.57%）. Positive rate of HCV was 59. 34%, TP was 6.78%, HIV was 0. 26%, and 31 people were detected for co-infection with HCV and TP（3.96%）. Among the Heroin ad dicts, female TP positive rate（11. 21%）was higher than male（6.01%）（P〈0.05）, HCV positive rate of injecting drug users （62.54 % ）was higher than oral iron or suction users（42.97 % ）（P〈0. 001）, and HCV positive rates of different ages had sta- tistically significant difference（P〈0. 001）. Conclusion Hepatitis C, syphilis infection rate of Heroin addictions at drug reha- bilitation center in Wuxi are higher than that of normal people, HIV infection rates were at a lower level, injecting drug use and risk sexual behavior are main routes for infection diseases.
