摘　　要：随着土地登记垂直监管需要的不断增加以及信息化技术的日益成熟,浙江省立足浙江、面向全国,探索、设计并开发了浙江省土地登记信息动态监管查询系统,重点实现对全省土地登记信息的动态汇交、更新,以及基于土地登记信息的查询、统计、分析、监管等功能,为全国土地登记信息动态监管查询系统的建设提供示范。本文首先介绍了系统建设的必要性,对需求进行了简要分析,然后重点介绍系统的设计思路、整体架构,描述了主要功能模块,最后对系统应用的特点进行总结归纳。With the needs of land registration in the vertical regulatory and the information technology becomes more sophisticated, Zhejiang Province, based in Zhejiang but face the country, has developed a dynamic control system in the service of land registration and inquiries in order to make information gathering and renew, and make statistics analyzes, surveys and controls on land registration throughout the province. Such a system could be a model throughout the country. By the article, you might see an explanation in the necessity of the implementation of the system, a brief analysis in the idea of designing the system in question, and an introduction in framework and models of its function.
