摘 要:竹类植物不常开花,一般处于营养生长阶段,因而竹子的营养体特征对其分类和种系鉴定都具有重要的作用。由于竹子的营养体形态变化多端,不易把握,给分类和种系鉴定造成困难,因此应坚持居群概念,摸清和掌握居群中和居群间个体形态变异的幅度,以提高竹子分类和种系鉴定的可靠性;同时尽可能地采集竹秆不同部位的秆段和秆箨,辅之以其他营养器官,制作成一套完整的营养体标本,以供正确鉴定与分类之用;也应更多利用竹种园中的种质资源,依据充分发育后的竹丛进行形态特征的补充和修订,使各竹种形态学的描述更趋准确和完善。Bamboos have a long, irregular flowering interval, and usually are in the vegetative growing stage. Their vegetative characteristics play an important role in the classification and identification of bamboo species. However, bamboos diversify in their vegetative morphology, which easily causes confusion in taxonomy. Thus, the population concept should be adopted to figure out and clarify the range of morphological variation in individual and different populations to improve the reliability of classification and identification. It is also suggested that the culm section and culm-sheaths from the different parts of bamboo culm, along with other vegetative organs, be collected as more as possible. As a result, a set of complete vegetative specimens can be established for a good identification. In addition, the germplasm resources in bamboo garden can be also used to obtain additional information as supplement and amendment to the morphological features based on a fully developed clump to give the taxonomy a more accurate and perfect description of morphology.
