摘  要:针对立体图像的视觉舒适度问题,结合人眼视觉系统特性,定量研究了立体图像内容的对比度因素对观看双目立体图像舒适度的影响。采用四近邻对比度计算方法,通过大量的主观评价实验定义了立体图像舒适归一化对比度匹配图和差异图,并通过例证验证了两图的普适性。实验结果表明:左右视图的归一化对比度值不匹配的门限值根据左视图的归一化对比度值不同有所不同,且最大门限值的最大、最小值分别为1.18和-2.04,在研究对比度因素对双目立体图像舒适度的影响时,主辅眼起很大作用。舒适区域中,对比度增大的区域面积大于对比度减小的区域面积,即对比度减小时对立体图像舒适度的影响较大。根据两图给出的舒适归一化对比度范围,能够快速、准确地对被测立体图像进行舒适与否的判定,其正确率可达到90%以上,为立体图像舒适度评价及立体显示技术的改进发展提供了依据。To solve the problems of visual discomfort caused by the stereoscopic images, this paper investigates the contrast parameter of binocular image pairs combining the characteristics of human visual system(HVS). With the four-neighbor contrast calculation method and the subjective assessment experiment,we not only get the comfortable normalized contrast matching map and difference map, but also verify the universal applicability of both two maps. The experimental results show that the maximum value of the normalized contrast dismatch threshold between the left view and the right view varies in degree according to the normalized contrast of the left view,ranging from 1.18 to --2.04. At the same time, the primary eye and secondary eye also play a significant role. The contrast-increasing area is larger than the contrast-decreasing area, so the decrease of the contrast will influence the comfort of the stereoscopic images more greatly than the increase of the contrast. With the two maps,we can judge whether a binocular stereoscopic image is comfortable rapidly, and the accurate rate is very high, reaching 90 %. The research can provide a basis for the assessment of binocular stereoscopic image pairs and the development of stereoscopic display technology.
