摘　　要：动脉采血常选取患者的股动脉、桡动脉、肱动脉;是临床上检查患者内环境酸碱平衡的常用的一种血液检查方法;动脉部位的选取要求在"部位宽敞、穿刺便利、动脉浅表"等没有"皮肤破损、感染"的位置,保证血液的质量;成功采集到血液后,科学存储,快速送检等,认真仔细的完成各项操作,才能确保测定结果的有效。The artery blood samples often collected from femoral artery, radial artery and brachial artery, and the samples often used to inspect the acid - base balance. When collecting blood samples, we want the arterial site spacious, convenient for puncture and superficial, without cutting loss and skin infections to guarantee the quality of blood. Scientifically storage, rapid inspection, finish the operation carefully were needed to ensure the results.
