电针结合百笑灸治疗恢复期顽固性面瘫的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针结合百笑灸治疗恢复期顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将90例入选患者随机分为治疗组45例、对照组45例。治疗组采用艾灸患侧翳风穴及足三里穴配合电针治疗;对照组仅采用相同电针方法而不用艾灸,疗程均为30天。结果:治疗组在H-B分级变化、治愈率、显效率及后遗症发病率上均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义。结论:电针结合百笑灸治疗恢复期顽固性面瘫的临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinically therapeutic effect of the combination of electroacupuncture and the Baixiao-moxibustion on the recovery time of intractable facial paralysis .Methods：90 patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly .Each group had 45 patients.The treatment group adopted both electroacupuncture and moxibustion;while the control group adopted only electroacupuncture .The periods of treatment were 30 days.Results：The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of the H-B grading ,the curative rate ,the significant efficiency and the incidence of sequelae .Conclusion：The com-bination of electroacupuncture and moxibustion has an obviously analgesic effect on the recovery time of intracta -ble facial paralysis .
