氟苯尼考缓释颗粒对人工感染仔猪传染性胸膜肺炎的药效学研究

摘　　要：本试验旨在观察氟苯尼考缓释颗粒对人工感染仔猪传染性胸膜肺炎的疗效.选用体重15～20 kg左右的大白×长白二元杂交猪60头,分为6组,每组10头.除健康对照组外,其余各组猪气管接种传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌菌液（1×107CFU/mL）.人工感染后,用氟苯尼考颗粒治疗,并观察记录各组猪的临床表现,连续观察15d.20％氟苯尼考缓释颗粒高、中、低剂量及对照药物（浓度分别为60 mg/kg,30 mg/kg,15 mg/kg及30 mg/kg）,连续用药5d,对猪传染性胸膜肺炎的治愈率分别是分别为80％ 、90％ 、70％及80％,而人工感染对照组的死亡率高达90％.结果表明,按30 mg/kg计量灌服20％氟苯尼考缓释颗粒,每天给药1次,连续给药5d,对治疗猪传染性胸膜肺炎具有显著的疗效.This experiment was conducted to study the pharmacodynamics study of florfenicot granule against artificially infected contagious pleuropneumonia on pigs. 60 Yorkshire× Landrance crossbred pigs of 15 to 20 kg body weight were divided into 6 groups according to weight and gender, and each group was with 10 pigs. Except for the control group, the pigs in Other groups were inoculated with 5 m L Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae bacteria suspension （1 ×107 CFU/mL）. After inoculation, the florfenicol granule was gavaged to the inoculated pigs. Their clinical manifestations were observed and recorded on day 15 post-inoculation .Following the treatment with florfenicol granule （60 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg, 15 mg/kg） and the control drug （30 mg/kg） against contagious pleuropneumonia for 5 days, the curative rates of the infected pigs were 80%, 90%, 70% and 80%, respectively. The mortality of the infected and untreated group was 90%.These results indicated that 20% florfenicol granule administered at a dose of 30 mg/kg and once daily for 5 consecutive days has a significant effect on the treatment of swine contagious Pleuropneumonia.
