Study on the Effect of Components in Gastrodia elata Blume Powder Irradiated by^(60) Co γ- Rays Using Infrared Spectroscopy

摘  要:为了研究60Co-γ射线辐照对天麻粉成分的影响,测试了经不同剂量辐照的天麻粉样品的红外光谱,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(二阶导数谱)法对经不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐照的天麻粉进行了对比研究。结果表明,天麻多糖对60Co-γ射线辐照较为敏感,剂量为1.5kGy辐照对天麻多糖分子结构的影响较小,剂量为3、6、9、12、15、16.5、18、和19.5kGy的60Co-γ射线辐照对天麻多糖的分子结构影响较大;各种辐照剂量对C—O—H基团影响较大,从而可能会破坏天麻粉中有效成分(如天麻素及多糖),因此应慎重采用60Co-γ射线对天麻粉进行杀菌消毒处理。In order to study the effect of Gastrodia elata Blume powder composition irradiated by60Co γ - ray, Infrared spectrometry of Gastrodia elata Blume powder samples irradiated by different doses has been tested. Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR) spectra of Gastrodia elata Blume powder with different doses were studied in the paper. Meanwhile,The second derivative specra of FTIR specra for irradiated Gastrodia elata Blume powder were also analyzed. Gastrodia elata polysaccharide is more sensitive to the irradiation of60 Co -γ - rays, it was found that the molecular structure of the polysaccharide of the irradiated Gastrodia elata Blume powder with 1.5kGy had almost no changes. However, the molecular structure of polysaecharide of the irradiated Gastrodia elata Blume powder with 3,6,9,12,15,16.5,18and 19.5kGy had larger changes. Each doses of60Co γ-rays irradiation is closely related with the group(C-O-H). Thus, the molecular structure of the irradiated gastrodin and Gastrodia elata polysaccharide could be broken. It suggests that,60Co γ- rays should cautiously used for sterilization and disinfection of Gastrodia elata.
