红藤汤保留灌肠联合坦洛新口服治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药红藤汤保留灌肠联合坦洛新口服治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将慢性前列腺炎患者60例随机分为三组,每组20例,中药组采用红藤汤保留灌肠,西药组服用坦洛新,中西药组采用红藤汤保留灌肠联合坦洛新口服。观察治疗前后前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)及临床疗效情况。结果:各组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分较治疗前比较均明显降低,均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中中西药组更为显著。中西药组总有效率为90%,中药组总有效率为55%,西药组总有效率为60%。中西药组高于中药组及西药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红藤汤保留灌肠联合坦洛新口服治疗慢性前列腺炎有较好改善症状、减轻炎症作用,是临床治疗慢性前列腺炎的较优组合。Objective： To observe the clinical results of Hongteng decoction retention enema combined with Tamsulosin for chronic prostatitis. Methods： 60 Patients with chronic prostatitis were divided randomly into three groups： Chinese medicine group, western medicine group, and integrative medicine group, each group consisting of 20 patients. Chinese medicine group was treated with Hongteng decoction, western medicine group was given tamsulosin, and the integrative group was given both. The symptom score of prostatitis （NIH-CPSI） of each patient before and after the treatment were recorded and the clinical effect analyzed and compared. Results： After one course of treatment, NIH-CPSI score of the three groups dropped （P〈0.05）, and the integrative medicine group showed a better clinical result than the other two groups （P〈0.05）. The estimated efficiency of integrative medicine stood 90%, while it reported 55% of chinese medicine group and 60% of western medicine group. Compared with chinese medicine group and western medicine group, the clinical results of integrative group showed a significant improvement（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hongteng decoction retention enema combined with Tamsulosin proves a better clinical treatment for chronic prostatitis. The treatment eases symptoms, alleviate inflammation, and proves a better combination of clinical treatment for chronic prostatitis.
