摘  要:将Se粉、Nb粉和CeO2粉末按一定质量比混合,通过在800℃下原位固相反应合成出NbSe2/CeNbO4纳米复合材料。分别以NbSe2/CeNbO4纳米复合材料为固体润滑相,Cu为基体相,通过粉末冶金的方法制备NbSe2/CeNbO4-Cu基复合材料。使用X射线粉末衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜分别分析了样品中的相成分和微观形貌,并用摩擦磨损试验机对其摩擦磨损性能进行评价。结果表明:NbSe2/CeNbO4纳米复合材料为NbSe2和CeNbO4的混合晶相,NbSe2/CeNbO4-Cu基复合材料和NbSe2-Cu基复合材料均具有良好的抗磨减摩性能,且添加NbSe2/CeNbO4的Cu基复合材料摩擦学性能要优于添加NbSe2的Cu基复合材料,并对其摩擦机理进行了解释。The NbSe2/CeNbO4 nano-composites were synthesized by in-situ solid phase reaction at 800℃ of a mix-ture of selenium,niobium, and cerium dioxide powders,and then it was used to fabricate the Cu-based, NbSe2/CeNbO4 Cu composite by powder metallurgy. The effects of the synthesis conditions, including the ratio of powders, powder sizes, and sintering temperature and time,on its micmstructures, phase structures,and mechanical properties were evaluated. The NbSe2/CeNbO4Cu composites were characterized with X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and conventional mechanical probes. The NbSe2 and CeNb04 phases were found coexisting in the composite. The results show that both the NbSe2/CeNbO4-Cu and NbSe2-Cu composites behaviors high wear resistance and low friction coefficient. When it comes to tribological property of the Cu-based composite, addition of NbSe2/CeNbO4 outperforms addition of NbSe2 only. The tri-bological mechanism was also tentatively discussed.
